Vision Leadership (Level 4)

Identify trends, develop effective strategic team operational plans, modify processes to improve corporate governance, apply relevant critical soft skills for effective leadership, which includes effective communication, high emotional intelligence and self-improvement.

At the end of this module, the learners will gain the ability to:

• Lead team leaders in the development of business unit strategies, operational plans and corporate governance management to meet organisational needs.
• Provide direction and guidance to team leaders through regular engagement, modelling of leadership and expected behaviours.
