The main objective of this course is to engage students in a developmental program that will provide them with the general knowledge, skills and understanding necessary to begin a career as a waiter in the hospitality industry. 

This short-time course is specifically designed to provide you with the skills and general knowledge to work in the best restaurants  and lodges or in resorts.

 

The restaurant server course content covers:

  • Welcome clients
  • Serve and sit customers
  • Take order
  • Deliver menus
  • Incentive sale

 

The waiter provides the service of the meals and the  service of the tables. In a small restaurant, the waiter is responsible  for the entire section.

In large restaurants, the organization is very hierarchical. Waiter works in restaurants and other dining establishments.
