Coded welder program are designed to help create a skilled and competent workforce. Our training covers the main arc welding processes that are used by industry, including smaw, gtaw, gmaw and fcaw.
Welder qualification tests are witnessed by cidb approved welding examiners and conducted in line with recognized international standards.
Shielded Metal Arc Welding (Smaw)
- During the course, the candidates will gain a comprehensive understanding in welding safety with an overview of basic weld symbols, SMAW electrode types and selection, classification of electrodes, power sources and polarity.

Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (Gtaw)
- During the course, the candidates will gain a comprehensive understanding in GTAW welding safety and the GTAW processes. This includes acquiring the knowledge of power sources and polarities, principles of operation, welding techniques, electrode identification and use, filler metal identification and use, welding code, and maintenance of GTAW equipment and accessories.

Flux Cored Arc Welding (Fcaw)
- During the course, the candidates will gain a comprehensive understanding in FCAW welding safety and the FCAW process. This includes acquiring the knowledge and techniques of flux cored arc welding, both self-shielded and gas-shielded, power sources and polarities, principles of operation, welding techniques, modes of filler metal transfer, filler metal identification and use, code welding, and maintenance of FCAW equipment.
