Course Details

Take it for a spin. If you have always wanted to give pottery a go, but don’t want to commit to our 5-week workshops just yet, our Wheel Throwing Taster classes are a great place to start.

The class gives you the chance to experience the thrill and fun of the wheel. You will be guided by our professional pottery teachers, where you'll get muddy, creative and have a bit fun. Come on your own or with a friend this is an open, friendly environment.

Anyone aged 8 and over is welcome to join, but anyone under the age of 16 must  be accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class.

 

Note:

This class is designed to give you a taster of the experience of ceramics. No pieces are included, however if you wish to keep one of your creations, we can professionally finish and fire it, as well as apply our studio white glaze which is food safe and dishwasher friendly. Costed at $25 per piece.

‍This process takes roughly (4 weeks) in which we will then email you when they are ready for collection. If you do not return to pick up your pottery within a month of the pick up date, we'll donate it to those in need in our community.
