Kayde (founder) built ClayGround and Bondi Clay, two ethically conscious and sustainable studios because it was his mission to not only support the natural environment, but also create a community that fosters creativity and connection through the sharing of thoughts, ideas and talent in our growing community of ceramicists.
Kayde first opened Bondi Clay in 2019 as a way of sharing his love for ceramics with his community. Kayde created this studio to offer a wide selection of classes, workshops and events to all ages and skill levels.
ClayGround then came to life at the start of 2021 as a dedicated membership based studio where people could expand and share their ceramic skills in a cutting-edge studio space. This has allowed him to build a community hub that inspires joy, relaxation and creative expression, celebrating the incredible benefits of ceramics.
The class gives you the chance to experience the thrill and fun of the wheel. You will be guided by our professional pottery teachers, where you'll get muddy, creative and have a bit fun. Come on your own or with a friend this is an open, friendly environment.
