This is a formally accredited course developed to meet the requirements of the Victoria Workcover Authority (WorkSafe) as the statutory authority for administering the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017.
A nationally recognised course, CPCCWHS1001 Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card) is mandatory for all personnel who access construction sites, and meets the requirement of the OH&S Regulations 2017 for workers on constructions sites to be registered.

Who should attend?
This is a mandatory course for everyone who has to have access to a construction site/work site.
What qualifications does this offer?
After successful completion of the 1-day training and assessment, you will receive a Statement of Attainment (valid for 60 days). This Statement can be used as evidence of training for the purpose of accessing a construction site.
Civil Train Victoria will then register you with WorkSafe, who will issue a nationally recognised Construction Induction (White Card).

Meet the CCF Victoria Team
The CCF Victoria Team is formed by the CCF Victoria Board and the Executive Team. The CCF Victoria Board is comprised of some Victoria’s most experienced and respected specialists in the Civil Construction Industry. And, the Executive Team is comprised of highly experienced professionals, each specialists in their respective areas, working together to the benefit of our Members and the industry at large.
This Qualification may be suitable for experienced personnel with a background in site supervision and those who are fulfilling Safety Representative roles within their organisation and wish to complete the Certificate III in Work Health and Safety.
This course is designed for those who have previously completed the initial spotters course and covers compliance with working safely up to the defined safe approach distance (SAD) near energised electrical apparatus, including electrical powerlines, for non-electrical workers.
This unit covers working safely at heights in resources and infrastructure industries. It includes: identifying the work requirements, work procedures and instructions for the task; accessing and installing equipment; performing work at heights; and cleaning up the work area.
To provide applicants with the practical skills and knowledge to safely operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more) (WP) in accordance with Safe Work Australia's National Standard for Licencing Persons Performing HRW.
The Cert IV WHS program is suitable for people working in a Work Health and Safety (WHS) role who work to provide leadership and guidance to others and have some limited responsibility for the output of others.
