On February 11, 2015 the Government of Canada published the Hazardous Products Regulations. The NEW Global Harmonization System (GHS) has now been implemented.
There is a transition period until December 1, 2018; this means that employees must have WHMIS GHS 2015 training completed by December 1, 2018.
