We are ready for flowers to bloom! Join us in our Sip and Decorate series where we will turn a 6'', two-layer cake into a beautiful basket of flowers while sipping on some wine. Everything you need to make a showstopping cake. Plus, you get to bring your cake home to enjoy.
Fun, hands-on and educational, our new kids' series is the perfect activity! Your young chef will learn valuable kitchen skills while baking three marvelous French pastries.
Participants will learn how to make the flakiest all-butter pie crust from scratch, roll the crust and crimping techniques for a beautiful edge, and learn a top-secret pecan pie recipe that will become a new family favorite! You’ll leave with a batch of pie crust to take home and make more pie!
During this session, students will learn the traditional French art of making these light and tasty all-time favorite desserts. Chef will guide you every step of the way so that you understand how these sophisticated desserts are prepared so that you can perfect the recipes at home.
Pie is not just for dessert! We’ll make dinner and dessert in pie form, starting with Chicken Pot Pie, Homemade Pie Crust and Crumb Topped Apple Slab Pie. Which pie will be your favorite? Maybe both!
