This accredited unit of competency is from the RII Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Package.

This course is designed specifically for trades people and other personnel whose normal duties mean a higher level of exposure to fall hazards. Those who are involved with regularly using personal fall protection equipment and safe access systems, and may be required to participate in conducting risk assessment of tasks/areas in fall hazards.

  • Identify work procedures and instructions for the task
  • Access and install equipment
  • Perform work at heights
  • Cleanup work area

 

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements for this course, however must be physically fit to don a harness and to climb ladders.
