Work Safely At Heights

Upon successful completion of all course requirements, participants will be able to:

• Identify and understand the relevant workplace health and safety legislation, standards and codes of practice.
• Identify the hazards associated with tasks performed at height and related hazard controls.
• Identify work procedures and instructions.
• Identify required safety systems including fall protection and associated equipment is correct.
• Select, wear and care for personal protective equipment applicable to all tasks and environment identified.
• Perform work safely at heights.

Outcomes:

• This course is nationally recognised (accredited).
• Participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment and Competency Card upon successful completion of the unit of competency.
