Shradha HRD was founded by Amul S Bahl, an exemplary achiever who has set new academic and corporate benchmarks. He achieved a 10 point score and was at the top of his class: a rare achievement in the annals of IIT Delhi.

Director at Shradha HRD

Mukul is a Director at Shradha HRD and handles two portfolios – Business Development and Finance. She has a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.

Mukul spearheads the business development vertical at Shradha HRD and has been responsible for taking the Shradha HRD footprint pan India. Mukul’s team has allowed Shradha HRD to break into some large blue chip companies like Accenture, Infosys & Wipro which has resulted in business coming in from multiple companies & business verticals within the same group.

Some of Mukul’s key initiatives include opening up the large government training sector for Shradha HRD as well as the banking & finance sector which is a huge vertical for Shradha HRD.

Mukul has leveraged her finance background to ensure a healthy bottom line for the company. This includes several key initiatives to cut costs as well as strategic investments to boost the company’s overall net worth. Mukul’s strength also lies in the ability to manage start up projects within a tight budget as well as to ensure a quick turn around in profitability.

Director At Shradha HRD

Roshini is a Director at Shraddha HRD and heads the learning vertical. With close to 30 years of experience working with different industries and over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, Roshini and her team have designed, developed and rolled out learning interventions for over two million working executives.

The interventions range from simple new hire induction programs to complex Organizational Development initiatives. Some special initiatives Roshini has designed and executed with her team include-mentorship programs for women leaders, initiatives to integrate people with disabilities into the workspace and pan-India corporate social responsibility programs to enhance employability.

Constant innovation through research and incorporating best practices in learning and development from across the global is what Roshini and her team are known for. They are acknowledged as specialists that design and implement learning interventions that have a demonstrable and measurable impact on individuals and organizations.

Having mentored over 300 learning and development professionals over the course of her career, Roshini is acknowledged as a thought leader in the learning and development domain. She has also been on the Board of Studies for revamping professional communication for large technical universities in North India and has worked to change the professional communication syllabi and bring it in line with industry needs.

Roshini is associated with several industry bodies like CII-IWN, where she is spearheading the mentorship program for women entrepreneurs and professionals.
