Course Details

Working at Height & Rescue course is offered by Elite Offshore. Working at Heights Safety program provides participants with the theoretical knowledge required to work at heights in a safe and secure manner.

This course provides trainees with the practical skills, knowledge and critical aspects required to enable them to work at heights in a safe and secure manner. In addition to the essential theoretical knowledge, participants are taken through a comprehensive practical session providing them with valuable hands-on experience.

When work is performed on elevated surfaces, or during construction activities, protection against falls must be considered. Employers are required to provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards.

The program provides each employee the ability to recognize the hazards of falling and then provide solutions to minimize these hazards. This interactive session provides participants with an understanding and detailed hands-on practice for all types of fall protection including conventional fall protection such as guardrails, nets, hole covers and personal fall arrest.

In addition un-conventional fall protection such as Controlled Access zones, Warning Lines, Safety Monitors, Written Fall Protection Plans, etc… are covered.
