In terms of the Companies Act, 2008, Wheelset Academy of Machine Operators is a registered private company with the Commissioner of Companies & Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) with registration number 2020/169496/07. It was founded by Mr. Henry Wandera and Mr. Gilbert Javier Mugombesha.

Wheelset Academy is also an accredited training centre (Skills Development Provider) in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85, 1993, Driven Machinery Regulation 18 (2015), Sub Reg.11, and Department of Labour (DoL). Our primary SETA is Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA): Accreditation number is TETA21-1321. CETA Accreditation No: ACC/22/07/00030
