Course Objectives
To train participants to enter and work in confined spaces in accordance with WHS and industry regulations and requirements.
Aust-Link Pty Ltd is a privately registered training provider (RTO 3569) and been registered with VRQA, contracted with the department of Education and Training since 1996 to deliver subsidised training to eligible individuals under the Skills First Program.
Commonly referred to as the Fire Warden course, this unit has been designed for individuals who are required to implement an emergency response as specified in the facility emergency procedures or specified by a person at a higher level in the emergency control organisation (ECO).
This course prepares you for working in a confined space across a variety of industries including construction, resources, farming, trades and more.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be receive a Notice of Assessment (NoA) from COVE Training which is valid for 60 days. Students will then have to submit the NoA to WorkSafe Victoria who will issue the Forklift licence
This course is for those who perform work at height and require the essential skills and understanding of the safety systems including fall protection and associated equipment necessary to undertake the work safely and ensure quality work outcomes.
