• Coordinated with CIDCO to Start Railway in Navi Mumbai.

• STD calls from Navi Mumbai to Mumbai transformed into Local call.

• Introduced NMMC Bus Service connecting Navi Mumbai to Mumbai & Thane

• State of Art Common Effluent Treatments Plants. (CETP)

• Commissioned Industrial Solid Waste Disposal Facility (TTCWMA).

• Established Fire and Emergency Response Station at Pawane.

• Set-up Metrological Observatory first of its kind in the Country in association with IMD, Government of India.

• Taken initiative to setup Udyog Setu in Thane.

• Planted 20, 000, 00 Saplings in and around TTC Industrial Area. Periodically, 20,000 Free Saplings are distribution to Member industry. Saplings are distributed for Green Environment Society Welfare through MIDC.
