Fireco’s equipment training will ensure that your equipment does much more than decorate the wall – when it comes to a true emergency, your team will be trained and ready to save lives!
Having appropriate fire equipment in place at your office or workplace is simply one part of the picture: ensuring that your equipment is regularly maintained and that your employees or tenants are aware of how to utilise it in an emergency are just as important: if not more so.
Fireco’s equipment training will ensure that your equipment does much more than decorate the wall – when it comes to a true emergency, your team will be trained and ready to save lives!
A good reason to advocate for fire safety training in your workplace is to ensure the protection of lives mainly your employees and clients.
A fire in the workplace can prove very lethal real fast, particularly if a fire breaks out and most of the staff is unfamiliar with any safety protocols or using any fire equipment available on the premises.
Once we have the fire safety training underway, you can expect your employees to be more:

It is good practice to have numerous staff in your workplace who are dedicated fire emergency wardens. A warden is a trained employee who can assist other staff members (and others) in an emergency by implementing safety procedures calmly and rationally.
Fire poses a serious risk to us all, whether at work, school or in the home. It moves incredibly fast and can quickly destroy a business or home. Workplaces are often likely to contain many fire hazards. Knowing how to extinguish a fire can be life-saving.
Make sure your staff know how to use a fire extinguisher, which one to use and even have a go at putting out a small (controlled) fire! Our training session takes about 1-1.5hrs, depending on how many are training, and takes place on your premises.
The Fire and Emergency Warden Duties course gives learners the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out an effective fire and emergency plan. After completion of this course you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of evacuation requirements for your workplace.
