The aim of this course is to provide learners with an understanding of workplace investigations, including why they are conducted, what legislation requires, incident causation and the basic steps to an investigation so that they will feel comfortable in conducting an investigation in their own workplace.
Who should take this course: The training is intended for employers, supervisors, workers and committee members who are: investigating incidents in their workplace or are part of their workplace investigation team.
