This course prepares students to communicate effectively in a wide variety of situations, including business correspondence, persuasive material, and tone-sensitive messages.

Students will learn to write grammatically correct sentences, clearly organize their ideas, and develop a professional writing style. Students will demonstrate these skills through informative and persuasive written assignments and activities.

This course does not carry transfer credit, nor may it be used towards a Langara College credential.
