Email is one of the most common communication methods in the working world. However, it can be the cause of many misunderstandings and breakdown of relationships.
No matter who you are or what you do, whether at work or in the community, you are likely to be involved in meetings.
This course provides a variety of best-practice frameworks to help delegates filter the essential information from a meeting and record it in a useful, consistent way that they can adapt to the needs of their organisation.
Stepping back, recognising your existing strengths, creating a vision of your future and planning out the goals and actions to reach that future quite often gets deprioritised and delayed due to more pressing personal and/or professional demands.
This Effective Communication Skills training course is aimed at helping delegates communicate more effectively with clients and colleagues. This induction and management training course will explore methods of building rapport and how to develop effective relationships.
