A-CERTS will work with the relevant Government Agencies in the development and enhancement of programs and standards relating to emergency response.
With the growing pool of trained emergency responders across all industries, an idea was mooted to establish a network and a platform for this unique community to come together and share their experiences.
Respond to Fire Incidents in Workplace aims to equip learners with the skills necessary to handle a relatively simple fire incident which might happen anywhere in the workplace.
For fire wardens to learn what to do and how to manage people to safety in an emergency or fire situation.
The course is designed to provide basic fire safety knowledge for employees in both industrial and commercial premises especially for those who manage fire risk areas.
This Course is targeted at participants who are required to understand and carry out the roles and responsibilities of a Fire Watcher or Fire watchman. Work Activities declared as Hot Works require at least one appointed trained fire watch man when applying for hot works permit.
This course is designed to enhance fire safety awareness amongst users who are exposed to fire hazards at work. Participants will also understand the appropriate measures to be taken during a fire outbreak.
