Yoga and Aerial Yoga Class

These little introductions are always INCREDIBLY awkward, aren’t they? But I’m going to give it my best shot. I’m Amber, and I’m your very laid back, very curious and very obsessed with her German Shepherd (giant) puppy yoga teacher.

I like to think that my classes are that yummy balance of soulful exploration with genuine laughter and joy. There’s a huge chance that I will turn up to class with Christmas socks (which will undoubtedly be odd) and that the emotions brought up while we’re together will cross from happy tears to cackling laughter.

I’m also a professional writer, and so I love weaving magical words into my classes. I’ve also been called the Queen of Savasana (I know right - I’m going to put that on a business card) and have even had my class playlists played at dinner parties. Consider my trumpet tooted.
