Mission:
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training.
Zumba® Toning incorporates weighted toning sticks, to the Zumba workout that participants use almost like maracas! The toning sticks function like dumbbells to act as resistance weights. Zumba Toning keeps Zumba®’s essence while focusing on strength training the arms, abs and thighs.
Zumba is a fun and energetic fitness program that combines aerobic movements with Latin American dance music and steps. Get grooving to the upbeat songs!
Strong 30 program is the 30-minute version of the Strong by Zumba program. This fun and dynamic class is excellent for individuals new to interval training or those supplementing HIIT as a part of a training program.
Join any of our dance courses, designed for participants of all ages. Master the different dances and their techniques under our qualified teachers, who will guide you through your exploration of the dances and your own body mechanics.
