Since Covid we have combined the Monday Zumba and Zumba Gold classes into one. Routines are suitable for both levels, with adaptations offered to both make sequences easier or, if you need it, make them more high impact with the emphasis on fun and ‘exercise in disguise’. Afro- Brazilian dance brings together the rhythms and swing of Afro-Brazilian percussion with the grace and energy of traditional Brazilian dance such as Samba, Samba-Reggae, Maracatu, Frevo, coco, Maxixe, Caboclinho, Dance of orixas and other styles routed in Africa.
Zumba classes are offered by Salsa con Irene. Dance yourself into shape! Easy to follow, great workout & good fun. Zumba classes 3 days a week.
Latin Dance Aberdeen provides many opportunities to learn and train in Latin Dance styles. We take pride and joy in embracing individuals from all cultural backgrounds and we encourage people to achieve their full potential.
