Aitrich Academy was established back in the year of 2011 as an internal training division of Aitrich Technologies, with the objective of producing skilled Software Engineers to fulfill the talent demands of its Software Engineering Services Division.

 From its inception, Aitrich Academy has been committed to nurturing and honing the talents of aspiring professionals to meet the evolving needs of the technology industry.

Our projects and clients alike mandated the need for highly proficient engineers, specialized in the development of advanced frameworks and tools for web and mobile applications. 

In addition to their technical expertise, these engineers were also required to be excellent team players, adept in CI/CD tools and practices, and proficient in agile development methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
