Army Institute of Education (AIE) was established in August 2003 with the aim of providing pre-service teacher education to the dependents of Army personnel under the aegis of Army Welfare Education Society (AWES). The Institute shifted to Greater NOIDA campus from Delhi Cantt on 23 July 2013 and is presently located in Plot M-1, Pocket P-5, Greater NOIDA, Gautam Budh Nagar (UP)
