ACCA stands for Association for Chartered Certified Accountant. Founded in 1904, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants is the global professional accounting body offering the Chartered Certified Accountant qualification ( i.e. ACCA Course). 

CS stands for Company Secretary. Founded in 1980, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament and a professional body offering the Company Secretaries Qualification ( i.e. CS Course).
