Who We Are

The AIHCM is a well-established training academy in the marine field. We justifiably take pride in its excellent reputation for quality training. Equipped with the latest shipboard working instrumentation and maritime teaching systems and a marine workshop, the institute maintains a close liaison with the maritime industry. It is an effort to respond readily to the industry’s changing needs and demands, with courses being developed and upgraded constantly.

We are also the first of its kind academy to run a specialized “International Culinary Program” in the state of Rajasthan where aspirants are trained for international careers as “Chefs”. All candidates are given holistic training which equips them to take up lucrative jobs on cruise lines, flight kitchens, star rated hotels etc. They are also awarded dual certifications which is recognized in many parts of the world.

We have introduced this Dual-Certification program recently and will be commencing our pilot batch in a few months’ time. We would be highly obliged if you could share the enclosed brochure on the Church/school notice board so that any aspirant may benefit from it.
