About Babel International College

In 2012, Nicole Zhou and Thomas Ling, qualified and experienced translators and interpreters (T&I), identified the gap in the T&I market and subsequently founded the Babel international College (BIC) to pass on their knowledge to the next generation of T&I practitioners.

In 2016, BIC was registered as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 41560) and CRICOS provider (Code: 03522E), and this marked an important step for BIC to deliver well-recognised T&I training courses.

BIC, since then, quickly became the industry leader in WA and helped hundreds of students successfully passed the T&I qualification tests delivered by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI).

In 2018, BIC was privileged to receive the endorsement from NAATI and this is largely contributed to the incredible passing results delivered by the hardworking students and dedicated teaching staff.

Today, BIC does not only aim to further its leading position in the T&I training space, but also it starts to deliver a broader range of courses. BIC is inspired to become one of the WA based leading private education providers and this has been continuously driven by the founders, staff and students.
