Welcome to Black & Tan. We don't have a story - we just love what we do! Whether it's baking scrumptious cakes, whipping up a batch of cookies or making melt-in-the-mouth chocolates, we simply pour ourselves into our creations. Our workshops aim to foster the same sort of passion in would-be bakers while having loads of fun!

We like our bakes to be fresh, colourful, and bursting with flavour. Our philosophy is to 'delight the senses.' If it doesn't look good, taste good and smell good, it's not on the menu!

Only the very best, locally sourced ingredients go into our products, and we believe in baking from scratch - no shortcuts! We pour our passion into each stir of the spoon and scoop of icing - you'll feel it in every bite!
