Blastline India Pvt Ltd is an acknowledged leader in the supply of systems for the surface preparation, protective coating and corrosion control industry.

Founded over a decade ago, the company has grown into a conglomerate consisting of factories, in-house manufacturing R&D facilities, a publishing house, an advanced training facility for Industrial Quality Control and a vast network of branches and dealers.

Blastline India caters to the protective coating requirements of major clients across the country such as shipyards, petrochemical companies, oil and natural gas refineries, pipeline contractors, wind towers, railcars, pre-engineering buildings and structural steel etc.

The company functions as a one-stop shop for all your blasting and coating needs by providing everything from abrasives to blast machines, aftercoolers, airless spray equipment and all the necessary accessories, hoses and instruments.

Our manufacturing units are reputed for the development and production of high-quality machineries through constant research and innovation in design and technology. We are the first and only manufacturers of ASME U-certified blast machines and air receivers in Kerala.

We have abrasive manufacturing and processing facilities for steel shots, steel grit, garnet and copper slag located in various parts of India. Our facilities also fabricate blast-booths, paint-booths and abrasive recovery and recycling systems.

Our allied manufacturing facility, Jollyflex, makes high-quality industrial rubber hoses for abrasive blasting, pneumatic air transfer and heavy material transfer, in addition to high-pressure thermoplastic hoses used in air-less industrial painting.

As part of our continued commitment to the industry, we have made forays into training personnel for this growth sector with our state-of-the-art institution in Cochin. Blastline Institute, backed by our expertise and superior equipment, provides effective training in sandblasting, painting, coating inspection, welding inspection and a plethora of other related subjects.

We successfully train over a 1,000 students per year and help them obtain internationally recognized Industrial QC certifications by organizations like TWI (UK), ASNT, API and ISO.

We are the authorized distributer and stockist for many of the major international brands in this sector. In addition, we go beyond our national network by exporting our blast equipment system, accessories, cuplock scaffolding, blast hoses, copper slag and garnet to various countries across the globe.
