Axé dance classes are offered by Brazilian Dance Fusion. The style Axé is a solo dance that started in 1992 during the Brazilian Carnaval season in Bahia when the Axé rhythm replaced the Lambada.
Samba de Gafieira is a fun and playful partner dance to the Brazilian samba musical rhythms. It is different from and must not be confused with the ballroom Samba, danced in International Latin and American Rhythm ballroom dance style.
Zouk Lambada dance classes are offered by Brazilian Dance Fusion. Zouk commonly showcases the female partner through use of her hair and display of her hip movement and leg extension.
This is a non partnered class designed to build dance confidence as well as doubling as a fantastic fitness workout. Get ready to swing those hips and shake ya booty to the Batucada beats. Let’s Samba!!
