The Brisbane Academy of Musical Theatre (BAMT) is the training arm associated with Harvest Rain, Australia's largest not-for-profit youth arts organisation and producer of musical theatre.
The Academy operates out of the Hayward Street Studios in Brisbane, and offers a range of full time courses for emerging artists who are interested in discovering their potential and developing their skills as a performer.
During training, students will work alongside some of Australia’s best musical theatre professionals as well as guest artists and teachers from around the world.
Students are afforded the opportunity to train in the same venue where some of Australia's biggest musical theatre stars are rehearsing and performing, and the students regularly benefit from a range of formal and informal encounters with these luminaries.Â
BAMT's Full Time Advanced Musical Theatre Course is an intensive year of musical theatre training open to graduates of BAMT's Musical Theatre Course, or external students with significant prior experience or training.
