The Canadian Culinary Institute (cci) administers the following culinary certifications:
Certified Master Chef (cmc)
Certified Chef De Cuisine (ccc)
The cci works jointly with selected culinary schools to deliver these certification programs and evaluates the course work submitted by the candidates. local branches of the ccfcc play a significant role in promoting the benefits of the ccc course.
​each branch is responsible for an education chair to proctor, mentor and co-ordinate the program.
