Cocktails and Dreams, Mumbai was established on 9th May 2005 by Mr. Vijaypal Rawat and Mr. Kishore Thapar, the academy has been operating successfully with a team of experienced professionals. The school offers a complete course on bartending and beverage management. At the same time assuring all our students a distinctive and distinguished learning environment.

Bar Solutions a bartending consultancy company was founded by the duo to ensure maximum industry exposure along with enhancing recruitment opportunities for the students and also to cater to the professional bartending requirement of the industry. AHTA – Advanced Hospitality Training Academy is the vision that will unfold the other two important facets of the hospitality industry namely contemporary Food Production & distinctively simplified Food & Beverage training and techniques.

The core team of Cocktails and Dreams includes professionals with domestic as well as international experience of having worked in various verticals of hospitality such as Cruise lines, star-graded hotels, re-known niche restaurants and nightclubs in various parts of the world such as India, the UK, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Scotland, and many others.
