This Technical Skills & Competencies module: Infection Control (Level 2) is designed to enable the participant to function as a member of a medical/healthcare team to provide support in the maintenance of organisation’s infection prevention and control processes.
To prepare participants with relevant knowledge and application skills in demonstrating first aid/CPR skills to apply them in their workplace.
The EMT course aims to equip the Emergency Medical Technician with relevant knowledge and skills for emergency situations. It focuses on the development of clinical skills that will increase their confidence and enable them to handle critical situations properly.
To provide skills and knowledge required to wear and remove medical PPE safely to ensure proper protection from COVID-19.
To equip Emergency Response Team (ERT) with the Basic Rescue Skills to conduct Confined Space Rescue in relation to SCDF CERT and relevant approved code of practice from MOM. Participants will learn the use of the various rescue equipment during the course.
