Council for Employbility and Skill Development (CESD India)

Council for Employability and skill development (CESD) is an apex organization to generate employability through skill devlopment awareness and consciousness across the country.

It mentors and supports organizations to improve their triple bottom line – economic, environmental and social outputs and outcomes, through generation and application of advanced knowledge.

CESD provides unrivaled holistic solutions for improving employability and competitiveness through a slew of services viz. consultancy, skill training for capacity building, action research, Evaluation Studies etc.

CESD (Council for Employability and Skill Development) is a Not- for- Profit, innovative india based workforce Development organization initiating end to end solution for youth and women.

Addressing the livelihood issue of these youth, CESD is planning new strategies for supporting transition pathway that will help these youth to move out of poverty and towards secure future. CESD is a registered Trust under the provisions of Indian Trust act 1882.(Annexure Xi)

CESD have a clear model of Employable Vocational Training System which will include new technologies and improved academic syllabus in the context of emerging economy. The project is for targeting below poverty youth, in- school, school drop out, women, unemployed youth, migrant youth and youth from resettlement communities.

This programme will support employment opportunities, Job oriented and employable work force preparation with strong focus on skills. Post Training youth connected to programme will have job opportunities which will allow them to earn and live good standard of life.

This would be possible with the involvement of business, Vocational Training centers, Industry professionals, Govt of India initiatives in developing integral Component to learn, acquire advance training, become employable, access Jobs and Earn and Serve.
