This pastry school is the only recognized Culinary Academy in Eastern India which has courses accredited by City & Guilds of London Institute. Started in the year November, 2010 by 2 great friends and cooking maestros – Chef Chiradeep and Chef Riju, with a vision to bring out a chef’s inner talent and expertise in this field. JBL as the Hospitality Industry has extensive experience in the areas of product development, use of best tools, techniques and ingredients.

What sets the academy apart is the course pattern and its ambience. These 2 factors act as differentiators for the academy and recognises it amongst its contemporaries. The faculty and the staff at the academy are extremely well equipped with the necessary skill set and the art of cooking.

Students here do not sit with a pen and paper to write down the thesis of a pastry .Hands on training is a feather on the cap at this place. Given a chef cap, coat and apron the students are all set to prepare the best desserts you can ever imagine.
