This 16 hours program covers the overview of Project Management and explains how to manage projects using Microsoft Project. Microsoft Project assists Project Managers to do scope planning, assign resources, prepare schedule, baseline, update progress, track and report.
The PMP credential recognizes demonstrated knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources.
End to end course coverage, starting from introduction to ERP/SAP, basic programming concepts and data dictionary to nitty-gritty of ABAP programming keeping MM or HR as the base module.
Course starting from introduction to ERP to all possible transactional flows and configurations for the module with the target of making the student equipped to work in support as well as consultant role.
Exhaustive course covering Database concepts, SQL, PL/SQL and DBA concepts to certain advanced topics including performance tuning, real application clusters, introduction to advanced security and using flashback queries to name a few. Students would be given case studies as and where applicable.
