Our methodology and a process during the personality development course helps our students to also realise the important elements of success.

Our vision is to make the students realise their true potentials and utilise it to the fullest of their abilities.

Which eventually helps our students in their personality development. A proper process and a methodology is followed during the personality development course  which eventually helps our students to identify their true potential.

Effective Mind is an authorised training and a certification centre for personality development course for NSDC Skill India. We emphasize on ‘MIND’ to make the students realise their real potential. By doing so at the grass root level, it empowers them to see the inner world through the ‘MIND’ & use it to the fullest which would create a lasting impression in today’s competitive world.

With competition getting intense in everyday life, it has become imperative for us to enhance our personality & set goals. By doing so it relatively becomes easy for us to aim higher & achieve better. Keeping the need of an hour in mind, we have designed an Advanced Personality Developement course which will help our students to make their better version.

Apart from the personality development course we also offer trainings and guidance to the students of all ages. We offer trainings to students ,housewives, individuals & corporates as well.

At Effective Mind we not only train the students on different aspects of Personality development but also help them to have a positive mind-set, which eventually helps them to enhance their existing personality.  The training helps the students to know that personality development is more than just working on their existing talents but, it is also a part of being self-aware, to have a positive mind-set, the importance of self-development & much more.

To help the students for their personality development we do follow a process during our entire course. During the course we help the students.

Founder & Director

Smruti Mukadam:

Smruti Mukadam is the Founder & Director of Effective Mind a personality development institute. She holds a masters degree in psychology & is a certified life skills coach .She is specialised in training students in personality development & is specialised in mentoring, grooming young generations to differentiate themselves from the crowd since 2012.

Her core competency includes trainings on personality development , content development and out of box thinking. She has a track record of leaving an empowering imprint on the minds of audience with different professionals from different fields. She has got a unique way of conducting training by focusing on “Paradigm Shift”. She gives life-transforming trainings on different aspects of personality development to individuals, institutes & corporates as well.

Smruti’s approach involves working closely with the students to understand their specific training needs to provide winning training solutions. In 2019 she founded Effective Mind ,an institute to provide the training on personality development. As a motivational speaker she has trained & motivated students from different fields.

She has trained & mentored students from Vartak College of Engineering, Sahyog College, Achievers College, Fire & safety Institute, IWM Digital, Creative Computers, Dimensional academy, Keerti Institute. She has also conducted stress management workshops for Thane Police ,where 300 police personal attended the workshops.

Her training has paved the way to success for many students , managers & other corporate leaders to improve their productivity & effectiveness at work. She has mentored more than 1400 students & has helped them to have a positive mind-set.

Her areas of expertise are communication skills, body language, Time & stress management, Goal setting, Presentation skills & public speaking skills. She firmly believes that our brain operates 360 degrees but it needs a mind to decode all its angles. We all are born talented & all of us do have a potential to achieve what we do firmly believe in.

With this thought in mind she founded a personality development institute to make the students realise their full potential where the students are trained to utilise their potentials to the best of their abilities . All the training & the workshops are conducted from the psychological point of view & merging it to the personality development.
