EMT Canada was founded in 1997 to bring an innovative approach to first aid training. EMT’s instructors come from a diverse set of backgrounds, ranging from specialized medicine, paramedicine, the military, wilderness and aquatics.

Each of our instructors brings a commitment to providing a dynamic and unique emergency care program.EMT Canada programs are designed to provide the skills and knowledge to face a full range of medical situations, from minor illness or injury to life-threatening emergencies.

The EMT Canada approach to training focuses on a relaxed, friendly, discovery-based approach to learning facilitated by a professional from a related field of expertise.

The atmosphere, in conjunction with hands-on experience, supports our ultimate objective of understanding emergency care theory and skills in order to competently apply and adapt those skills to real-world emergency care situations
