Empowered Solutions™ is a result of its founder Shabnam Asthana’s rich and diverse experience of over 22 years in the field of Corporate Communications and Public Relations. It was born out of her zeal to provide a one stop solution to the problems faced by companies in the areas of communications. That is why under its umbrella it houses simple solutions to several complex problems.

The Founder Director is the nerve centre of Empowered Solutions. She is a dynamic, energetic and multi dimensional personality. A woman who wears several hats with great ease and comfort. A post graduate in English, Public Relations & Advertising an MBA in Marketing Mgt with several International diplomas, her rich corporate experience of over 20 years combined with her entrepreneurship equips her to handle PR, Event Mgt, soft skills training , image consulting, content writing and all aspects of corporate communication.

She is an invited speaker and anchor at reputed International and National forums and now a debut author. Her transition from “ behind the scenes “ to “ in the spotlight “ was spectacular . She has received wide press coverage and has a strong online presence cited as a celebrity professional .

With an array of National and International awards her recent felicitation in the British Parliament for International PR is a priceless jewel in her award studded list. Shabnam describes herself as a “people’s person “ who loves her profession and works 24×7 !

Snigdha describes herself as a High Energy, Result Oriented and focused individual. An MBA specializing in Human Resources with a passion for Learning & Development, she brings a specialised HR perspective to Empowered Solutions, addressing client needs on recruitment, training and development of employees, business development and consultancy .

She is the primary point of contact for all International clients and assignments .

An Engineering Graduate and a Post Graduate in Business Management Deepak addresses all aspects of technical training required by clients with his keen eye for detail .

With an impressive track record of over 30 years with the leading auto major Tata Motors he brings his technical expertise to customized workshops on innovation, group training and individual training and also leads the Company in Business Development and counseling for clients
