I did my MBA from Colorado Tech University in USA in the year 2000 and couldn’t be better acquainted with the English language tests required for studying abroad. TOEFL was the stand alone test that dominated the English training markets back then. New tests for testing students’ English proficiency on an international standardized platform began gaining popularity later.

IELTS is perhaps the most preferred and acceptable test the world over. I obtained a Certification from the British Council in Training students for IELTS.

The professional training in teaching IELTS made me realize the sorry state of the students being taught by incompetent teachers who perhaps cannot even make it to getting into the certification training program by the British Council.
