We offer Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoop classes for anyone who wants to learn; you don't need any fitness or dance experience to starting moving. Classes are beginner friendly and will help you build strength, flexibility and poise.
Hidden above Melbourne's iconic street arts, tiny cafes and secret bars, our studio is filled with character, light and kind souls. This is a space for you to express, be empowered, learn to appreciate and feel home.
Aerial Silk is an aerial apparatus consisting of two pieces of fabric suspended from the ceiling. You will learn how to climb and wrap the silks to create various holds and “locks” around your body.
