Heather's Hearth

Hello and Welcome!

• I’m Heather, owner of Heather’s Hearth an on-farm Sourdough School and Bakery. I have been a home baker for over ten years now! I have also baked organic sourdough bread in a wood-fired oven and sold it at a busy farmers’ market for just over six years now. All from my home kitchen
• It’s my passion to pass along the skills of sourdough bread baking to other home bakers through my in person workshops and new online course. I love teaching others and welcoming you into my home (for real and virtually!) to get a feel for the complex yet simple process of baking sourdough bread.
