Work Area Protection / Traffic Control Person (Book 7) Training is offered by Hot Zone Training Consulting Inc. Road and roadside work has a high risk factor for workers without the right controls in place.
Hot Work And Fire Watch Training is offered by Hot Zone Training Consulting Inc. When staff perform Hot Work, including welding, torching roofs, open flame cutting and brazing, a hot work permit and mandatory safety / engineering controls must be implemented.
This course will follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act / Canada Labour Code Part 2 requirements and CAN/CSA-Z94.4-18, Selection, Use and Care of Respirators. Manufacturer specific operating manuals will be incorporated into any course based on the type of SCBA needed.
Hot Zone's overhead crane training covers the fundamental principles and safe operating techniques for bridge, jib and gantry cranes.
Every elevated work platform operator must be trained in the safe operation and limitations of each piece of equipment based on provincial and federal health and safety legislation.
