She holds Masters degree in Biotechnology, certificates in Leadership & Change management from XLRI Jamshedpur, Entrepreneurship (WSP) from IIM Bang, Behavioural Science & Interpersonal Skills (Psychology) Amity University, Neuro Linguistic Programming from NLP Coaching Academy, Self Healing & Distance Healing Immersion under M.V.P, certified Master Trainer from IATD.

She has successfully coached more than 700+ clients in her career with far reaching transformational learning. She has valuable experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Relationship Management, Strategic Planning in diverse domains such as Pharmaceutical, Education and Hospitality.

Her positive attitude, passion to help to an extent that brings about a significant change in the society has made her a much in demand Coach and Trainer. She connects with her audience as an inspiration. Being a counselor, relating psychology with her training programs makes them uniquely designed, logical, practical & interactive.

Raghu Pillai

Raghu is an International Corporate Trainer and Consultant, armed with his unique style of simplicity. A distinction holder in Industrial Engineering from the prestigious University of Pune, Raghu has actively worked for over 25 years in the fields of Academics, core Industrial Engineering, Software Development & Management, and e-Auctions. Given this experience, and an in-depth understanding of the Corporate Training needs, he is able to tailor-make training modules specific to the client’s requirements.

Deepak is a veteran mariner, aviator, HR Leader and Facilitator with over 30+ years of experience spread in the corporate sector, defence forces and training & consulting space. Proven expertise in organisation restructuring, change management, de merger, M&A, performance managment, job analysis, executive coaching, mentoring, team building and organisational behaviour transformation.

He is MSc (Strategic Studies) from Madras University with distinction. Earned top honours at resident Executive Management Program from XLRI Jamshedpur specialising in HR with additional electives in Project Managment and Strategic Product and Brand Marketing.
