Our vision is to improve worker and workplace safety. Our goal is for all workers to be safe and free from danger.
Employers are obligated to provide a safe working environment for their workers. It doesn’t matter what type of work you do, whether you are installing roofs, moving product from trailers to racking, or a janitor using chemicals, you should never be in a position where your safety is in jeopardy.
This doesn’t mean your workplace is completely free of any and all danger, but we can offer training that will allow you to control and recognize the hazards in the workplace and how to react. With the knowledge and skills training we offer, it will allow you to perform your work in a way that is safe.
To keep the worker safe, extra precaution must be taken – this is called Lockout Tagout, or also know as LOTO procedures.
WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Material Information System) is to provide workers with the information they need to stay safe on the job. It provides workers on how hazardous a product is and it ensures Canada-wide communication standards to protect workers who handle the hazardous chemicals.
You can get injured or even killed if falling from height hazards if areas such as ladders, scaffolding, unprotected edges, floor openings, are not properly managed in your workplace.
This 8 hour course is designed for an individual with little or no Aerial Work Platform experience. Our fully comprehensives course is comprised of theory instruction, written test and hands-on pre-shift inspection.
