Abdul Kalam.Driven by this philosophy Kabiguru Path Bhaban (KPB) which is recognized by B.S.S(Bharat Sevak Samaj) Promoted by Govt. of India has been engaged in the pursuit of creating quality and trained teachers since 2015.A teacher shapes the future of our nation. Hence, it is of utmost importance to put in more efforts in the growth and development of the teachers as they are the final transactors of knowledge. Nurturing this vision Kabiguru Path Bhaban has been imparting teachers’ training using the Montessori pedagogy and has been successfully placing all their scholars.
The training involves a balanced mix of theoretical and practical sessions which contributes in the holistic development of the teachers. The training process works towards redeeming the position of the teachers equipped with technical skills and knowledge. Apart from providing subject knowledge, we also work towards the soft skill development of the trainees and look towards their personality development so that they pass out as knowledgeable, skilled and confident teachers.
We have also been fortunate enough to receive several affiliations from some of the national level reputed organizations. Our organization is registered under the Trust Act 1962, Govt. Of West Bengal, India and follows Trust Act 1882, Govt. of India rules.lt is registered under B.S.S Govt. of India. We also have an affiliation from IAO (International Accreditation Organization). The organization has I.S.O. 9001 : 2015, QMS certification. It is registered under the esteemed bodies of CVC, NHRC and NHRC Women, MSME, Govt. of India.Over the years, Pre-primary, Primary & Montessori teachers' training has been in vogue as a successful and well paid profession. Our institution provides that platform to aspiring teachers to explore this career path and turn out to be successful individuals. We have been successful in changing lives of more than 3000 aspiring teachers and have placed them in various esteemed institutions and schools.
