• Our Edmonton store is your source for all your Japanese kitchen knives, hand selected chef tools, the best new cookbooks and cool Konro BBQs from Japan. We also provide knife sharpening services in store while you wait or within 24 hours.
• Get the tool, AND the knowledge to expertly prepare chicken at home right here at our Calgary store. 
• One of our favourite styles of knife is the honesuki or Japanese poultry knife. If you enjoy prepping yakitori, or just want to learn how to break down a chicken to make chicken and waffles, a honesuki, combined with the knowledge of how to use it, is a great addition to your arsenal. 
• For $150, 2 chickens from a local, sustainable butcher to learn on and a $75 dollar credit to you in store towards your very own honesuki. One of our ex-chef managers will teach you how to break down the birds in preparation for 2 recipes: Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Yakitori, which you will then finish preparing at home.
