About Us

  • Rebecca Landman, owner of Landman Gardens and Bakery, is one of six children.
  • From a young age, Rebecca has been involved in the family farm. Her love for growing food started at a young age, Rebecca's grandfather, Sjoerd, lit the spark for her love of nature.
  • Rebecca remembers Sjoerd explaining to three-year-old Rebecca what a seed needs to grow and the importance of earthworms.
  • After completing her Culinary Management Diploma at Canadore College and Sustainable Agriculture diploma at Fleming College, Rebecca combined her love of growing food and cooking to create Landman Gardens and Bakery.
